At Desert Sky Homes we strive to give our customers all the freedom and choices that are usually reserved for custom built homes, but with a commitment to affordability. Our financing process makes it possible for us to spend more time working with you on the design, and less time worrying about invoices and accounts. First, we help you get pre-approved for a permanent mortgage with one of our mortgage lending partners. Then, with the mortgage approval in hand, we'll work with our banking partner to get the right kind of construction loan for your project. And, if you don't already have your own land to build on, we'll help you find the best lot available. From the very beginning, you'll own your property as its being built. By starting with one of our already proven floor plans, we can keep costs down and give you more freedom. What's not to like?
